Super delicious! Fried Rice Cake

On the first day of 2021, I rested at home and made breakfast for my family - fried rice cakes. It's easy to make and tastes pretty great, so let's all learn how to do it!


Ingredients:

1. Rice cake                         2 sticks

2. Cabbage                         3 plants

3. Carrot                             1 stick

4. Bamboo shoots             1 stick

5. Mushrooms                   appropriate amount

6. Salt                                 appropriate amount


Steps:

1.Prepare the ingredients.


2.Add cooking oil, put in shredded carrots, bamboo shoots, cabbage and mushrooms in order, stir-fry.


3.Put in the cut rice cakes, stir-fry.


4. Add the right amount of salt, a delicious breakfast begins!


Note: 

1.Rice cakes should be soaked overnight.

2.Put rice cakes, to master the rhythm, do not stick to the pan.
