Poached Lotus Eggs

A poached egg, which everyone loves to eat, is also very simple; it's a nice shape, tastes good, and requires a bit of skill, so here's how to make it:

1. Egg                                   one

2. Round spoon                   one

3. Cooking oil                      amount

4. Clear water                      amount


Making steps:

1. Prepare materials

2. Boil water

3. Coat a round spoon with cooking oil.

4. Crack the eggs into a round spoon and place the round spoon on top of the boiling water (5-10 minutes).

5. Place on a plate and sprinkle with salt.
